Vintage French Brioche Baking Tins – Gauffrex Fluted baking Molds, Rustic Kitchen Decor

Authentic vintage French brioche tins, beautifully aged and full of character. Two are made by Gauffrex (A & B), a well-known French brand specializing in bakeware, and the third does not have a brand name stamp. These tins were crafted using tin-plated steel, giving them the perfect combination of durability and even heat distribution for baking the most delicate, golden brioche. c. 1940s-1950s
